These Billing Terms govern all subscription purchases, renewals, add-ons, and payments for alaivOS, operated by Citerius Holdings LLC. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Free Trial
Every new user receives a guaranteed 21-day free trial in two phases: 14 days with Pro-tier features, then 7 days with Elite-tier features after the mandatory progressive interview. No credit card is required to start. Your trial begins on the day you create your account. You will not be charged until your trial ends and you choose a paid plan.
If you do not select a paid plan before your trial ends, your account will revert to the Starter (Free) tier automatically. No charge will be applied.
Subscription Tiers
alaivOS offers four paid subscription tiers, available monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed as a single payment and include 2 months free (pay 10, get 12).

Add-Ons
Ghost Protocol (Cloud AI)
Ghost Protocol provides cloud-based AI processing via our private servers. Ghost uses a credit system — credits are the only gate, all capabilities are available at every tier.
The Elite subscription tier includes Ghost base credits (50 Deferred / 20 Instant) at no additional charge.
Other Add-Ons
- Bank Connection — $0.99/month per connected bank account
Add-ons are billed monthly regardless of your base subscription billing cycle.
Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each year. If a renewal date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., February 30), the charge will process on the last day of that month.
You will receive a reminder email at least 7 days before your annual subscription renews.
Payment
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are processed by Google and governed by Google's payment terms. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Subscription management (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) is handled through RevenueCat. You can manage your subscription at any time from within the app under Settings → Subscription.
We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by the platforms listed above.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → alaivOS → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → alaivOS → Cancel
- Web: Settings → Subscription → Cancel in the alaivOS app
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter (Free) tier. Your data remains on your device.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription:
- iOS App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: Refunds are handled by Google. Request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through the Google Play app or play.google.com.
- Web (Stripe): Contact us at support@alaivos.com within 14 days of charge for refund consideration.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods on monthly plans. Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase if requested via support@alaivos.com.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your current price will be honored through the end of your current billing period. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
